Hey- I know I set out with this blog thing in an attempt to share what I know with you all, but this time I'm going to fudge the line just a little bit. It's the same basic concept, but I need all of you to do something small for me, so that I can help many more people.

I have a couple (and only a couple) opporitunities to get down to some third world countries and share with them my knowledge base when it comes to military, mechanics, health, self-defense, etc. Basically, they have asked us to come and share some skills with us. However, there are only a limited amount of people who can go to those countries at one time. There is one chance for me to go really soon, and another chance for me to hop on board a little bit further down the line. So far though, it's not looking that great.

There are many people who have the same skill sets as me. Many who can survive in combat, who can work on a car, who can keep themselves properly hygiened, who can defend themselves in a riot. But all of these possible candidates, I am the only one with the most important skill set that is going to do the most good for these people. That is the knowledge of the gift of eternal life. I have the certain knowledge of the gospel. It is true that out of all the possibilites, we all have the knowledge of military tactics and the knowledge of survival, but I am the one with eternal survival in mind and I know that I can help these people out.
All that I want to ask of you, is that you will pray for me that I may get this chance. Please pray that if it is the will of Heavenly Father, that he will provide a way for me to make it to these places and help these people. Obviously, it may be his will that I stay put for now. One way or another, it is my hope that I may do this.

If I stay put however, I'll know it's where I am supposed to be. And I'm perfectly happy with that option, too.
